International Journal of Policy and Governance Networks (IJPGN) is a peer-reviewed publication devoted to the understanding of contemporary developments and challenges in administrative and policy practices; the promotion of international scholarly and practitioner dialogue; the encouragement of international comparisons; and the application of new techniques and approaches in electronic systems of governing.

IJPGN features cutting edge empirical and theoretical research, opinions from leading scholars and practitioners, and case studies. The journal intends to fill the need for a venue in which scholars and practitioners with different viewpoints bring their substantive approaches to work on various legal, social, political, and administrative challenges related to e-governance issues.

IJPGN is published biannually by the Global e-Governance Research Institute (GeGRI) that facilitates communication of various issues concerning e-government and the digital gap reduction.

Formerly known as International Journal of eGovernance and Networks (2013-2017).
